Hi everyone, with the last release of the KX3 Companion I feixed a few bug but it's not enough. One bug has been introdiuced with the new fixes and one still is not solved. So I'm working on the code to solve them and release the update later today. (Un)fortunately I'm on a short holiday so it's a little more difficult to deploy the update. On a quick vacation myself off the coast of Cancun. Used the app for a number if successful psk31 qso's yesterday on the nexus7. Super fun and so easy to just connect quickly without all the hassles of a laptop, including battery life!

I have purchased KX3 companion and want to use it on a DROID4, android phone with a physical keyboard. There are two things that I ask you to include to support this usage. Disable the phone from sleeping, and disable spelling corrections. When the phone sleeps the screen blanks out and it disconnects from the kx3. When the spelling check is enabled, it covers the macro buttons with spelling suggestions and changes words incorrectly. Otherwise it is working and I made a qrp dx contact. These seem pretty simple, you probably know other options. Also, if I try to share the log using gmail, it says couldn't send attachment. Stackoverflow has an answer for that too. 73 Mark |

Hi Mark,
I'm aware of those problems and I'll work on them soon. Next update will probably be a quick bug fix for the XMIT loop problem and then work on those "quirks".
