As i'd like to edit some old Macros i saved a new macro set on my Asus tablet. After connecting the Asus via USB to my Mac (running Mac OS 10.10.2 Yosemite), after opening the "Android File Transfert" application i'm not able to see the file i've saved. I've checked the presence of the file in every folder (as Android -> Data -> com.iu4pc.kx3companion -> files) but i can see any of the files i've saved!
I can see the various Macro file directly on the Asus Tablet on the same directory but not through the Mac app utility.
Is there something i should now about this?
I use "Android File Transfert for Mac" version 1.0
Does it exist another way to transfert file from and to the Asus Tablet?
Many thanks.

I also tried on Win 7 PC. I can't see any of the Macro file saved in the Tablet on the PC. It would be nice to be able to edit these file on a PC with a more comfortable screen and then upload on the Tablet.

Ciao Franco, If you're using the latest version of the app, you can save/load macro templates. So all you have to do is SAVE the actual template to a place where it's easy for you to transfer to your MAC/PC. Modify it with a text editor. And the transfer to the tablet again and LOAD it from the app. This is made so that you can have different macro templates for different modes (CW, PSK, RTTY) or for different places (QTH, MOBILE/PORTABLE) or situations (SOTA, CONTEST), etc. Let me know if this helps. 72/73 Andrea IU4APC

Tnx for the answer. The problem not reside in which folder i decide to put the Macro file in order to share it with my Mac o Win 7 PC. The problem is that i can't see the Macro files when i open the right folder on my Mac/PC. It seems that these files are invisible to the System. It seems that only DropBox may function but after editing the file on a Mac, when i return it (via DropBox too) on the Tablet, KX3 Companion doesn't "see" the modified file (as for a wrong format file??). I'm not a first class Win7 user (i use 99 % Macintosh) but in the past versions of KX3 Companion (like July 2014) i was able to do all the tasks that i didn't know. Maybe i've missing something but after several try i'm not able to show them. I hope to have explained myself. Vy 73 Franco, IZ4MJP

Hi Franco, macro files must have a ".macro" extension. Otherwise the app won't show them in the list of available macro files. Maybe that's the reason. 72/73 Andrea IU4APC
