I have the samsung Tab II I hocked up the radio and tablet as described. When I turn in the KX3 companion I get a message No KX3 Detected. I set the baud rate and confirmed my cable is work with the Tab and KX3 Factory cable.
Not sure what to do now.

Hi James, can you see the red and green leds flashing in the KXUSB cable? Or just green? 72/73 Andrea IU4APC

Andrea
thank you for all your help educating me on how to use your WSPR app. such fun and a great way to see how the propagation is working.

Thanks to you James. We are all sharing knowledge and I learned a lot in the past two years. WSPR is great for learning propagation and testing setups (particularly antennas). I actually have a process listening on 20m band (my preferred band for now) to check how propagation behaves during the day. Enjoy! 72/73 Andrea IU4APC

Hi, I am using a Samsung tab sm-t110 and get the Message "no KX3 detected". OTG Cable and KX3 Cable Works well with a Windows Tab I set the Baud rate to 9600. Are There any Other Setting?

Hi Horst, the baudrate should be the same between the app and the KX3. By default the app is set to 38400 bps. Make sure they are both using the same speed. 72/73 Andrea IU4APC
