After connecting a micro USB cable from my Note 4 to the KX3, and turning on the Companion, I get a "Error opening USB port" message in the Companion. I have tried many different baud rate settings and five cables with same results. What am I doing wrong, please? |

Hi Fred,
please take a look at the FAQ page that I published yesterday for the 817Companion app. The first question is about connectivity problems with USB and the steps to be takes are the same with the KX3 Companion app.
